SHIPPING INFO:

USA:
For most orders, you'll probably want to choose the zone rate $2.50 shipping. This includes the $.50 paypal fee. This method will normally ship via media mail, unless it's under 6 oz., in which case it will ship first class. Priority mail is currently not working, but you can email us if you'd prefer that and we can work it out. It should be working automatically as soon as we update to the new USPS program. PLEASE NOTE: In most cases, "UPS" orders will actually ship via fedex ground, which has comparable delivery times and is automatically insured for the full value of the order.

All domestic orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours. Occasionally it maye take about 48, but 24 is usually the norm.

World:
The Zone Rate shown is for airmail first class international. PLEASE NOTE: It's impossible to make every order weight come up perfect, due to varying packaging weights. Every calculated weight includes the weight of an LP mailer; if you're only ordering one or 2 cds or 7"s, it might charge you more than the real postage price. If you're overcharged, and it's more than a tiny amount of change, the difference will be refunded to your paypal account. Remember that the rates include a 50 cent paypal fee. If you'd rather just email us and tell us what you'd like, we can do that too.

International orders are mailed out at least twice a week, so it should never take more than 3-4 days to ship. Airmail takes about 7-10 days to most destinations.

RETURNS:

We do not accept returns unless an error was made on our part. Please be sure you want something before ordering. If something is damaged, it can be replaced or refunded. If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we'll straighten it out.
